The dual boom Versalift VTX-240 is now available for the Iveco Daily and Renault Maxity 3.5 t Euro 6 chassis in addition to the traditional Mercedes-Benz Sprinter version.
At Apex Amsterdam, TIME unveils the Versalift VTX-240 for the Euro 6 Iveco Daily chassis, while the other addition to the series, the Euro 6 Renault Maxity mounted VTX-240, right now is on the roads of France on a roadshow hosted by TIME Versalift SAS, France.
The Belgian signage and advertising company Publilux has taken delivery of a custom-made unit featuring both a 17-metre Versalift access platform and a knuckle boom crane from the Belgian Versalift distributor, HDW Belux. The unit was designed and constructed by TIME International in Farsoe, Denmark.
The power supply distributor BKW Energie AG of Bern, Switzerland has taken delivery of a 46kV high voltage insulated Versalift VST-5500-MHI from the Swiss Versalift distributor Hubitec AG.

The Sterling Group, a middle market private equity firm based in Houston, Texas, today announced that it acquired Time Manufacturing Company (“Time”) from O’Flaherty Holdings Limited.
Headquartered in Waco, Texas, Time is a global designer, manufacturer, and distributor of vehicle-mounted aerial lifts primarily for the telecom and electric utility end markets. Time has pioneered several brands within the aerial lift market, including the market leading Versalift brand. The business had been owned by the O’Flaherty family for over 40 years.
The Slovak power distributer Západoslovenská Energetika (ZSE), part of E.ON Slovakia, has taken delivery of a Versalift VO-350-MHI from the Slovak Versalift distributor Everlift Slovakia.
The overcenter Versalift VO-350-MHI features an articulating lower boom, an articulating upper boom and a dual bucket setup with dual controls. The full hydraulic unit supports a working height of 17.6 metres, an overcenter outreach of 13.3 metres, a non-overcenter outreach of 10.2 metres and a bucket capacity of 2 x 130 kg. The high voltage insulated unit complies with ANSI A.92.2 Cat. B (69 kV and below), has continuous lift rotation and a material handler/jib with a capacity of 907 kg.

The Czech power company CEZ has received five high voltage insulated Versalifts for live line maintenance of the Czech power grid. The order marks a major rejuvenation of the company’s fleet of high voltage insulated access platforms.
The Swiss power supply company Stadtwerk Winterthur has taken delivery of a Versalift VT-66-LF E76 on an 18T Renault Access chassis.
The Versalift VT-66-LF is fitted on top of a 3 metre step less elevator that serves two purposes. It increases the available working height of the three stage telescopic VT-66-LF from 22.0 to 25.0 metres, but more importantly it allows the operator to work over open traffic lanes. With the elevator raised to its maximum height, the VT-66-LF E76 increases its ground clearance to an impressive 6 metres, and from this position it is capable of reaching its full maximum outreach of 17.0 metres.
Per Torp, the CEO of TIME International, turned 60 on Monday 9 May. Celebrating his birthday, TIME International and TIME Danmark hosted a two-day event for international Versalift distributors Monday and for domestic business partners and customers Tuesday. The Tuesday event furthermore marked the appointment of Kim Bach Jensen as CEO of TIME Danmark – a position previously held by Per Torp himself.
Versalift Ibérica is the new, exclusive distributor of Versalift access platforms in Spain and Portugal from May 1. Versalift Ibérica is a newly formed subsidiary of Talleres Robles, a family owned company specializing in vehicle and truck modifications for industrial purposes including Meiller tippers, rail drive systems, cranes and quick shift systems for trucks.
Versalift Ibérica will assemble and install complete Versalift lift kits from its factory in Léon, Spain as well as handle all after-sales service jobs in Spain and Portugal from its 10 service points spread across Spain. The company is set to retail the entire range of Versalift access platforms from TIME International, although it expects to focus on units mounted on 3.5 t GVW vans, chassis and pickups such as the ETL series.
For more than 50 years, TIME has been among the leading manufacturers of vehicle mounted aerial access platforms for International markets. Now, as we enter Bauma 2016, we are ready to celebrate the handover of a milestone van mounted Versalift number 20,000 delivered to Swarco.
The milestone 20,000th unit is a Versalift ETM-38-145-F mounted on a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van boasting a working height of 14.2 metres, a maximum outreach of 8.5 metres (at 120 kg) and a cage capacity of 230 kg. With a GVW of 5.3 t, the vehicle has an impressive payload of more than 1,000 kg even with a full tank and a driver and a passenger.

The Danish branch of the International access rental group RIWAL has taken delivery of 5 Versalift VTX-240 from TIME Danmark as part of a fleet renewal program where they will replace units with a single telescopic boom.
The Versalift VTX-240 features two, 3-stage telescopic booms and advanced electrohydraulic controls with automatic setup, including outrigger levelling, and packing. It is capable of parking right next to buildings and reach worksites on flat rooftops inaccessible to traditional units with a single telescopic boom.
For Bauma 2016, TIME International exhibits a complete range of Versalift aerial access platforms ready for the new Euro 6 emission standard. The TIME International stand is located at FS.907/7 in the Open Air Area South.
The eight units exhibited make up a selection of the width of the Versalift product range in the form of a Light, Medium and HD Range Versalift mounted on both vans and chassis. Finally, a track mounted Versalift LAT-38-140-H, is exhibited at the Morooka stand at FS.1017/2.
