TIME Manufacturing Company (MFG), located in Waco, Texas, U.S.A., is the world’s leading producer of aerial work platforms - specializing in the production of vehicle mounted access platforms.

TIME MFG was founded in 1965 and is considered an industry pioneer. From 1976 to 2017, the company was owned by O’Flaherty Holdings Limited, Dublin, Ireland. In 2017, TMC saw a change in ownership as the company was aquired by the American investment group The Sterling Group.
VERSALIFT International, Headquartered in Farsø, Denmark is the global export division of TIME Manufacturing Company and is responsible for the global export of more than 1000 aerial access platforms every year to countries outside of the Americas. The export is based on a worldwide network of distributors selling with reference to the export division in Denmark.
Versalift ® access platforms are truck mounted cherry pickers providing access to safe working heights from 9 to 35 m from "live line"-insulated or low voltage insulated vehicles.
Condor ® access platforms are truck mounted cherry pickers providing access to safe working heights from 27 to 65 m from AUS insulated vehicles providing up to 750 kV of insulation. Condor was produced by Calavar in California until 1991, when O´Flaherty Holding bought the company and moved production to TIME Manufacturing Company in Waco, Texas.
